INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package SEEDS OF CHANGE®
  • Roasted butternut squash
  • Broccoli
  • Beets
  • Egg (fried)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brown Basmati Rice according to package directions.

  2. Combine 1 cup of rice with butternut squash, broccoli, and beets.

  3. Top with a fried egg.
