Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
Stir SEEDS OF CHANGE® Brown & Red Rice with Chia & Kale Blend, asparagus, chicken broth and lemon zest together in baking dish; place salmon over rice.
Drizzle lemon juice over salmon; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Garnish top of each filet with lemon slice.
