- Chopped parsley
- Sliced cooked fresh mushrooms, if desired
Heat olive oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.
Add asparagus, red pepper, mushrooms, and onion.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until asparagus is crisp tender (5 to 6 minutes).
